Meet Kelly - An Integral Team Member at Synergy
MEET KELLY!
Kelly is an integral part of the Synergy Organic Clothing team and works at our warehouse located in Santa Cruz, CA. Her day to day includes packing wholesale orders, championing our recycling program and traveling the country selling Synergy Organic Clothing at special events, such as music festivals and conferences.
Kelly is an integral part of the Synergy Organic Clothing team and works at our warehouse located in Santa Cruz, CA. Her day to day includes packing wholesale orders, championing our recycling program and traveling the country selling Synergy Organic Clothing at special events, such as music festivals and conferences.
As an East coast transplant, Kelly was born and raised in New Jersey and went to school for fashion design and textiles in Philadelphia. She moved to Santa Cruz, California 10 years ago and started working for Synergy shortly thereafter.
Kelly is an avid cyclist, seamstress and all around virtuoso. When she's not at work, or playing with her insanely cute pup, Angus, you'll find her quilting, making pottery and still life painting.
Kelly is a true believer and lives our mission day in and day out. Her most recent passion project includes hem, patch and other repair jobs for farmers and other trade professionals. With an emphasis on barter, Kelly uses her passion project as a way to circumvent the fast fashion movement and to keep landfills from accumulating polyester and plastics that pollute the earth. She believes, as do we, that there is no good reason to throw our your gently used or tattered clothing!

We asked Kelly what drew her to Synergy, and she emphasized the open and trusting culture inspired by the fact that Synergy is a family owned business. She shared that she enjoys the diverse staff, and the close relationships that she has cultivated with her fellow co-workers.
With her background in fashion, she appreciates the high-quality organic cotton as well as the simple yet chic design aesthetic that is a trademark of the Synergy Organic Clothing brand.
